By accessing and using the Ecom360 Flow platform (flow.ecom360.co), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Ecom360 Flow is a SaaS platform for automated customer service and scheduling that integrates communication channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct. We offer AI chatbot tools, contact management, scheduling, bulk messaging, and reports.

3. Account and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must provide truthful information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed on your account.
  • Do not share your access credentials with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Violate the policies of WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to access data of other users or tenants.
  • Reverse engineer the software.

5. Plans and Payments

The platform offers different subscription plans. Credits are consumed according to the use of features such as AI messages and sends. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable, except as provided by law.

6. Availability

We will strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademark of the Ecom360 Flow platform are the property of Ecom360. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecom360 is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
